We can guarantee the quality and quantity of backlinks we deliver, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes within a particular timeframe.
Algorithm updates, competitor activity, on-page SEO, site speed and content quality all affect ranking outcomes alongside backlinks. Realistic expectations and a holistic SEO strategy produce the best results.
2. Third-party platforms and search engines
We have no control over Google, Bing, Yahoo or any other search engine. They may update algorithms, deindex domains, or change ranking signals at any time without notice.
We are not liable for ranking changes, traffic drops or penalties caused by third-party platform decisions. We follow Google's published guidelines closely and use only white-hat techniques to minimize risk — but external risk can never be eliminated entirely.
3. Client responsibilities
Backlinks are a single component of a successful SEO strategy. The results you see also depend on:
- Website content — quality, relevance, and freshness of your pages.
- On-page SEO — title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking, schema.
- Technical SEO — site speed, mobile usability, crawlability.
- User experience — bounce rate, dwell time, conversion-friendly design.
- Niche competition — relative strength of competitors targeting the same keywords.

4. Refunds and guarantees

We do not guarantee specific DA/DR score increases as those are third-party metrics (Moz, Ahrefs) we don't control — but we guarantee the inputs that reliably move them.

RankAiro is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from use of our services — including but not limited to lost rankings, lost revenue, lost traffic, or business interruption.
