All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Pricing on each product page reflects the current rate at the time you place the order — once an order is paid, that price is locked in.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (web), Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — their respective terms apply alongside ours. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Refunds and replacements are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

All website content, mobile-app code, software, branding, and product imagery is the property of RankAiro and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Reports, spreadsheets and content delivered as part of completed orders are licensed to you for your own use. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution or resale of our materials requires prior written consent.

RankAiro is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service — including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, lost rankings, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

The Service is provided as-is and as-available without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation, nor do we guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic outcomes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion — including for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior toward our team or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers when reasonably possible.
