1. When you're eligible for a refund
We stand behind every campaign we deliver. You're eligible for a full refund in two clearly defined situations:
- Non-delivery — if you do not receive the backlinks within the timeframe specified for your package, we'll refund the order in full.
- Service discrepancy — if deliverables differ significantly from what was promised on the product page (wrong DA range, wrong link count, wrong link type), you can request a refund or replacement.
2. How to request a refund
Email info@rankairo.com within 3 days of the delivery date with your order ID and a short description of the issue. Attach screenshots or your delivery report if relevant — that helps us resolve the case faster.
We investigate every refund request individually. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days and credited back to your original payment method.
3. When refunds are not available
Refunds are denied in the following situations:
- Change of mind after the order has already been fully delivered.
- Client error — if you provided an incorrect target URL, wrong anchor text, or invalid niche information that resulted in delivery you didn't want.
- Service consumed — if the campaign has been fully delivered, indexed and reported, refund eligibility is limited to genuine quality complaints.
- Algorithm changes — Google may adjust rankings at any time. We don't refund based on third-party ranking shifts that aren't caused by the links we deliver.
4. Replacement guarantee
If a guest post or Web 2.0 placement is removed by the host within 90 days of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge — provided you notify us within that window with the original report and the dead URL.
Profile, PBN and tier 2 placements are permanent by design. If any drop, we replace them at no cost for the lifetime of the account.
5. Policy updates
We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy as our service evolves or for legal/regulatory reasons. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page.
Continuing to use our services after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
