How We Handle Your Personal Data

We collect only what we need, use it only for the agreed purposes, and never sell your data. Here's exactly what we do with everything you share with us.

1. Information we collect

We only collect the data we need to deliver and improve the Service. The categories below cover everything we hold about you.

Personal information

  • Full name (when you create an account or contact support).
  • Email address (for account access, order updates, support replies).
  • Phone number (only if you choose to share it for partnership or sales inquiries).

Order and project information

  • Target URLs you submit for backlink campaigns.
  • Anchor text preferences and niche details.
  • Order history and delivery reports.

Payment information

Card details are processed by Stripe (web purchases), Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). RankAiro never sees, stores, or has access to your full card number — we receive only a tokenized reference and the last four digits for receipt purposes.

Usage data

  • Browser type, operating system, device type.
  • Pages visited and time spent on the site.
  • Referrer URL and approximate location (country/city level).
  • Interaction with in-app purchases on mobile.

2. How we use your information

We use your data only for the following purposes:

  • Delivering the Service — fulfilling your orders, sending reports, providing access to your dashboard.
  • Communication — order confirmations, delivery notices, important account updates, and (with your consent) occasional product announcements.
  • Customer support — diagnosing issues, processing refunds, answering questions.
  • Service improvement — anonymized analytics to identify performance bottlenecks, popular features, and areas to improve.
  • Legal compliance — complying with applicable laws, responding to lawful requests from authorities.

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing with third-party processors

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the business — each bound by contract to use it only for the agreed purpose:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchase processing.
  • Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database hosting, push notifications.
  • Email service providers — sending transactional and account emails.
  • Analytics providers — anonymized usage data to improve the Service.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyze site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings — disabling them may affect parts of the Service that require authentication.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls inside our team, and continuous monitoring for unusual activity. No system is 100% impenetrable, so we recommend you also use a strong, unique password and enable any available account security options.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected. Account data is kept for the lifetime of your account and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you reactivate. Order records are kept for at least 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. Anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws)

Depending on where you live, you have rights over the personal data we hold about you:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold.
  • Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data.
  • Deletion — ask us to erase your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to certain processing (e.g. marketing).
  • Opt-out of sale — California residents can opt out of any data “sale” (we don't sell data, but the right exists).
  • Withdrawal of consent — where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

8. Children's privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 16 (or under 13 in the United States). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. International data transfers

RankAiro is headquartered in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where our processors operate. We use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always posted here with the effective date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers when reasonably possible.
